A Believer’s Everlasting Life

Have you ever wondered about everlasting life?  What will heaven be like?  Are we going to just float around on clouds and play harps all day long for an eternity?  Or, might there be more to look forward to than that?  Imagine your first five minutes in heaven.  Who will we see there?  Will we run into the arms of Jesus?  Will we recognize loved ones gone before?  Will our pets be there to greet us?  What if heaven were actually more like earth than we think?

Last Sunday we came face-to-face with the truth that everyone will face an afterlife - either in heaven or hell.  Your relationship with Jesus here on earth determines what your eternal destiny will be.  This Sunday, we explore more deeply what this everlasting life will be like for believers in heaven!  We’ll take a look at John’s vision of heaven from the Book of Revelation, chapter 21.  If you ever wonder about such things, this Sunday’s message is just for you!

Traditional worship begins at 9:00 AM and will include the singing of some of the great hymns of our faith.  Contemporary worship begins at 10:45 AM and includes uplifting worship led by our praise band.  Both services feature heart-felt worship, an inspirational message, warm friends, and the presence of the Holy Spirit in our midst.  Join us in person if you can; or watch the video online later.  Come, be refreshed and renewed in the Spirit this Sunday at Grace!
