Who is this Man?

It’s a question that has been asked down through the ages.  Who was Jesus?  Is he who he said he was?  Could it be that he truly is the Son of God?  Is the Bible’s depiction of Jesus accurate?  Did he really die and then rise again from the dead?  Countless questions have surrounded this man for centuries.  But the question of his identity remains central to humans even today.  Whatever you believe about Jesus, no one can deny the impact, awe, and wonder he has had on this world.

But now, Jesus is posing the question of you personally:  “Who do you say that I am?”  The time for speculation is over.  Forget about popular opinion.  The views of philosophers, historians, scientists, and theologians are muted at this point.  All creation is holding its breath as Jesus awaits your answer.  Consider the question carefully.  Your life in this world and the next hangs on your answer.  An eternal destiny is at stake.  If you fail to answer verbally, your lifestyle will answer for you.
